Training of “Marketing Service”

The training about business service was held in the meeting room on Sep.27, 2011. Departments of Market, Sales and After Service participated in the training.


The Human Resources department acted as an initiator, and Sales department presided at the training. The training was divided into a.m. lecture and p.m. lecture.


The lecture in the morning was themed “how to get big order”, and participants were organized to watch the video course, which included: 1, marketing thought. 2, sales character to client. 3, network marketing mode and how we can be found. 4, eight attitudes for clients toward our products.


The lecture in the afternoon was given by engineer Xiaohong Teng of Huakeyi. She made a detailed introduction and explanation about principle of after service and training of workflow, which included: 1, after service management. 2, after service post. 3,workflow. 4, customer service and maintenance. 5, customer satisfaction.


Through the lecture, participants had a deeper understanding of the sales theory, after service workflow, market popularity and marketing, and the training laid the foundation for improving levels of sales and after service.
