Repair method

LCD blurred screen, no display,

1、LCD damaged

Change LCD

2、LCD cable connect wrong

Connect the LCD again

3、Power board and main board contact damaged.

Reconnect the connection wire

7、Main board has some problem

Unstable measurement, slow reaction or instument cannot calibrated normally

1.       Water sample has the different pressure

Change water flow, keep stable

2.       Electrode is polluted

Clean the electrode, immerse the electrode in the 3mol/L KCL solution for 24 hours

3.       High resistant has problem

Check and change the cable if necessaty

4.       Electrode exceed time limit or damaged

Change electrode

5.       Electric equipment faults

Return back to factory for repair

Test data shows maximum or minimum or no change

1.       Bad drainge, there is pressure at water export, which cause test result no change

1.       Try to make the water drain directly.

2.       Flow cell grounding cause the drift to the max or min value

Change the location of flow cell to solve the problem

3.       Power grouding badly

Connect to the valid power grouding

4.       The temp electrode insulation strength is not enough.

Change temp electrode or remove temp electrode, or change it to manual temp compensation

5.       Instrument calibration is wrong.

Do the calibration in the right way.
