HK-5300 Series chemical dosing system includes feed phosphate system, boiler feed deoxidant system, feed ammonia system and feed stabilizer system. It can realize automatic dosing through instrument signal and microcomputer, which can better control the dosage, meet the demand of boiler system and reduce the labor intensity of operators. Each system is independence, reasonable and compact design, small occupation, easy operation and maintenance.
According to the requirement of dosing, corresponding signal was sent to control system. In the light of sample signals, control target and other relevant parameters, the control system makes calculation on the basis of mathematics model, sends the results to variable-frequency governor, changes the revolution of dosing pump, and adjusts the amount of chemical feed. By means of PID control, the dosing system can reach stable running quickly. Generally, when boiler system is in START state, operators can utilize manual control, while the boiler system enters to normal operating state, adopt auto control.
According to the capacity of generator set, boiler configuration (two-boiler-one -set or one-boiler-one -set), control requirement (manual or auto control), and specification of metering pump (diaphragm metering pump), the dosing system has several combined configuration as follows: one-pump–one-tank, two-pump-one-tank, three-pump-tow-tank, four –pump-two-tank and so on. It has high dosing accuracy and stable dosing amount.
●Small cell structure: easy to mount and convenient for maintenance.
●Variable-frequency adjustment: continuously chemical feed.
●Safety valve for outlet: Ensure safe operation of boiler system and metering pump.
●Pump shut down automatically at low level.
●Manual, auto, soft manual options, latch up each other.
●Interface of computer: convenient for computer network connection and accomplish remote control.
●System protection: short circuit protection, over current protection, lack phase protection for power supply.
● Back-up pump design: main pump and back-up pump auto switching.
●Auto open safe valves when outlet plugged or outlet valve closed, send chemical solution out of pump back to tank or directly drain out.
●Liquid level gauge with alarm signal: high, low liquid level alarm (acousto-optic) and 4~20mA signal.
