HK-3013SB Closed Cup Flash Point Tester is designed and manufactured based on GB/T 261-2008 Determination of flash point - Pensky - Martens closed cup method. It is used to measure the combusition possibility of the liquids in the closed environment, and suitable for the liquids which the closed flash point is above 40℃, shch as flammable liquids, liquids with suspended particles, and liquids that the surface is tending to form film, etc.

The instrument adopts new type of silicon nitride ceramic igniter with the charatcers of good electrical insulation and thermal shock resistance, When heated to 1200℃, it can be cooled sharply and then heated sharply without breaking. The instrument adopts special thermocouple to detect the flash point, which can distinguish the light blue halo of the flame and the true flash fire effectively. The instrument is with the features of auto-heating, auto rate control, aoto-stirring, auto cover opening, aoto-ignition, auto flash detection, aoto heat dissipation, and auto printing, which is easy to operate, and the measurement is accuracy. It is the ideal product for testing closed cup flash point, which can be widely used in fields of railway, aviation, electric, petroleum and research department.
